Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges:

1. No Returns: We do not accept returns on any of our products.

2. Exchanges: Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us beforehand. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the exchange process.

3. Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only permitted on a per-pack issue basis. Products must be unopened and in their original condition to be considered for exchange.

4. Return Address: Please note that the return address is not the same as the shipping label address. If an exchange is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address to send your item(s).

5. Contact Us: To request an exchange or if you have any questions, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
